2. What the App is
Million Routes Drivers is a professional application for drivers who perform private transfer services managed by Million Routes. Drivers can:
- Sign in to their driver account
- View assigned transfers and service details
- Update their profile information
- Record pickup and drop-off events using the device location
- Upload a photo as proof when reporting a passenger no-show
- Report transfer-related incidents
The App is intended for professional adult drivers, not for the general public or children.
3. Data we collect
3.1 Account and contact information
We process data linked to your driver account, which may include:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number (if associated with your driver account)
- User ID / account identifier
This data is used to authenticate you, show your profile, and operate your assigned services.
3.2 Precise location
When you perform certain actions in the App (for example, recording pickup or drop-off for an assigned transfer), we collect your device’s precise location (latitude and longitude).
- Location is used only while the App is in use for those operational events.
- The App does not continuously track your location in the background for advertising or unrelated purposes.
- Purpose: document and verify pickup/drop-off events for assigned transfers.
3.3 Photos
If you report a passenger no-show, you may upload a photo from your device (selected from your photo library) as proof. That image is sent to Million Routes systems to support the incident/no-show process.
3.4 Service and operational data
In connection with your work as a driver, the App also processes operational information such as:
- Assigned transfer details
- Service status updates
- Incident reports you submit through the App
This is necessary to operate and document the transfer service.
3.5 Data we do not collect for advertising or analytics
The Drivers App does not include third-party advertising SDKs or marketing analytics SDKs for cross-app tracking. We do not sell your personal data.
4. How we use your data
We use the data described above for App Functionality, including to:
- Authenticate drivers and manage accounts
- Display and manage assigned transfers
- Record pickup and drop-off events with location
- Handle no-show proof and incident reports
- Provide customer/operations support related to transfers
- Maintain security and prevent misuse of the service
We do not use this App data for third-party advertising or for tracking you across other companies’ apps or websites.
5. Legal basis (GDPR)
Where EU/EEA/UK data protection law applies, we process your data based on:
- Performance of a contract / professional service relationship (providing the Drivers App and transfer operations)
- Legitimate interests in operating, securing, and documenting transfer services
- Legal obligations where retention or disclosure is required by law

- Transport operators / partners involved in delivering the assigned transfer, when necessary to perform the service

Service providers that host or process data on our behalf (for example infrastructure providers) may process data only under our instructions and applicable contracts.
7. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed to:
- Operate the Drivers App and transfer services
- Handle disputes, incidents, and support requests

When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it where feasible.

The App is designed for professional drivers and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through this App.
11. International transfers
Million Routes is based in Spain. If data is processed outside your country, we take steps required by applicable law to protect it (for example appropriate contractual safeguards).
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after updates means you should review the revised policy.
